LPL: Top Esports vs Anyone's Legend

About Market

MARKET SUMMARY

This market centers on the outcome of the Top Esports versus Anyone's Legend match in the LPL 2026 Split 3 Group Ascend stage, scheduled for July 29, 2026. Split 3 is the LPL's final domestic split and the direct pathway to World Championship qualification, where standings points contested in the group stage shape seeding and postseason positioning — making each series within this stage a consequential test of a team's readiness to compete at the highest level of Chinese professional League of Legends. Traders are weighing both organisations' recent form, draft versatility, individual carry performance, and head-to-head dynamics to determine which team is more likely to secure the series win on the day.

RULES
  1. Market Outcomes and Resolution Criteria: This market resolves to "TES" if Top Esports is officially recorded as the winner of this scheduled LPL match, and the match is completed before the market end date. It resolves to "AL" if Anyone's Legend is officially recorded as the winner under the same conditions. It resolves to "Tie" if this match is canceled, postponed beyond the market end date, concluded without an officially declared winner, or if no official winner is recorded by the market end date; in the event of a Tie resolution, all positions settle at $0.50 per share.

  2. Definition of Official Winner: "Officially recorded as the winner" means the team listed as the winner of this series in the official LPL match record carried by the resolution source in Rule 3, determined through completion of all scheduled games under official tournament rules. The series follows a best-of-3 (BO3) format; the first team to win 2 games is the official series winner.

  3. Official Sources and Evidence: The primary resolution source is the official match result published by gol.gg (https://gol.gg/esports/home). If gol.gg has not published the final result within 2 hours of the series' conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting — including the official LPL broadcast, verified video evidence of the deciding game, and Liquipedia League of Legends — may be used instead. Secondary reporting is for confirmation only and cannot override a clear or later-dated publication from the primary source.

  4. Resolution Timing: The market ends at the market end date and is resolved as soon as reasonably practical after the official result is published, no sooner than 2 hours after the deciding game concludes, or once it becomes clear that no qualifying result will be recorded before the market end date.

  5. Handling Postponements, Cancellations, and Non-Winner Outcomes: If this match is postponed but completed before the market end date, that result determines the outcome. If this match is completed after the market end date, canceled, or no official winner is declared by the market end date, the market resolves to "Tie." Technical pauses and within-day remakes follow the official LPL ruling; multi-day remakes are treated as postponements. If play begins and a team is awarded the series through the opponent's forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, the market resolves to the team awarded the win; if a team withdraws before play begins and the series is awarded without a game being played, the market resolves to "Tie."

  6. Team Name Discrepancies: Where a team's listed name in the resolution source differs in minor respects from the names used here, the market resolves on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, academy or affiliate designations, and formatting differences are treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team is uniquely identifiable within this competition; if the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, the market resolves to "Tie."

  7. Ambiguities and Disputes: If conflicting information exists regarding the result of this match, the most recent official publication carried by the primary source takes precedence, corroborated where necessary by video evidence of the completed series. In any remaining ambiguous case not explicitly covered above, the resolver will rely on the official LPL record for this specific match to determine the outcome.
