- The outcome is No if the CoL is equal to or less than 75,000 USD at that time.
- CoL corresponds to the total value of assets held in the address 0xdb579446097d33a809daf8acecfdd29a1c239935 on the Katana chain, as calculated in USD (summed across all held tokens and assets per the source's methodology).
- Primary data source: DeBank API or website for user chain balance, selecting the usd_value or total_usd_value from the response; query the API as close as possible to the specified timestamp (between 23:59:59 UTC on August 31, 2025 to capture the snapshot, assuming no material changes in that window).
