What would Kalshi announce during SolanaConf Dubai
About Market
This market group tracks which major announcement Kalshi will make during SolanaConf Dubai. The group includes five submarkets covering possible announcements: TGE (Token Generation Event), launching a DAT (Decentralized Autonomous Treasury), M&A activity, an IPO, or a new product launch.
1. Market Outcomes and Resolution Criteria: The market resolves to YES if, during SolanaConf Dubai, Kalshi makes an official public announcement of a Token Generation Event (TGE) for a token associated with Kalshi or its platform, as defined in these rules. It resolves to NO if SolanaConf Dubai concludes without such an announcement being made during the event. It resolves to TIE only in the exceptional circumstances described in Rule 6.
2. Definition of TGE and “Announce During SolanaConf Dubai”: For this market, a TGE announcement means an official statement that Kalshi has launched, is launching, or will launch a specific crypto token (including but not limited to an exchange, governance, or utility token) via a token generation event, issuance, or comparable mechanism, such that the token will be created and made available beyond purely internal testing or simulations. “During SolanaConf Dubai” means between the official start and end of the conference program as defined by the event organizers, using local time in Dubai, including any officially scheduled sessions, keynotes, or events occurring within that window.
3. Qualifying Announcements and Exclusions: A qualifying announcement must clearly indicate that a TGE is planned, underway, or completed, not merely that Kalshi is “considering,” “exploring,” or “researching” a token or TGE. Statements that are speculative, hypothetical, or framed as long-term possibilities, without a declared intention to conduct a TGE, do not qualify. Repetitions of a TGE that was already officially announced before the start of SolanaConf Dubai do not qualify unless the first official public announcement occurs during the conference window.
4. Official Sources and Evidence: Primary resolution evidence is, in order of priority: (a) Kalshi’s official website, blog, or press releases; (b) live or recorded conference presentations or panels featuring Kalshi representatives; (c) posts or announcements from official Kalshi social media accounts; (d) the official SolanaConf Dubai program or recap materials. Secondary evidence may include credible media reports (business, finance, technology, or crypto outlets) that are explicitly confirmed by Kalshi during the event, for example by being quoted, retweeted, or otherwise acknowledged without correction.
5. Resolution Timing: The market will be reviewed after the official end of SolanaConf Dubai and resolved as soon as reasonably practical once sufficient evidence is available from the sources in Rule 4. Late releases or clarifications published after the conference may be used only to clarify what was or was not announced during the conference window (for example, a later transcript or full video of a talk), not to count announcements made outside that window.
6. Ambiguities, Conflicts, and TIE Outcome: In cases of conflicting evidence, highest priority is given to direct, time-stamped official Kalshi communications and full-length recordings of conference sessions. The market resolves to TIE only if, after reasonable investigation, it is not possible to determine from the available evidence whether a qualifying TGE announcement occurred during the defined conference window (for example, if the event is canceled without clear public record of all talks or if time-stamps are irreconcilably inconsistent); otherwise it resolves to YES or NO. The outcome of any other related markets (including other SolanaConf Dubai announcement markets) does not affect this market’s resolution.
