This prediction market resolves whether the specified match between Aston Villa and Manchester City will end with a winning margin of exactly one (1) goal for either team. The market has two possible outcomes: “Yes” if either Aston Villa or Manchester City wins the match by exactly one goal (e.g., 1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-3); or “No” if the match ends in a draw (a margin of 0) or if either team wins by a margin of two or more goals (e.g., 2-0, 3-1, 3-0). Only the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus official stoppage/injury time) is considered. Goals scored in extra time or penalty shootouts are excluded. 2. Automatic Market Closure: This market will remain open until the end of the first half, as the goal difference can fluctuate throughout the match. The market will close to new trades immediately after the first half ends.
3. Market Results and Closing Criteria: This market will close with a "Yes" mark if the final score at the end of regulation time shows a goal difference of exactly one (1) goal in favor of Aston Villa or Manchester City. It will close with a "No" mark if the match ends in a draw (0 goal difference) or if the winning team's goal difference is two (2) goals or more. Important Note: Regulation time is defined as 90 minutes plus any official stoppage time/added time. Extra time and penalty shootout results are not included in the goal difference calculation for this market.
4. Data Sources: Primary sources are the official competition organizers and governing bodies (such as the Premier League and the Football Association).
