3. The market resolves to "Down" if the closing price on July 17 is strictly less than the closing price on July 16.
4. If the closing prices are exactly equal, the market resolves 50-50.
5. Prices are sourced from the Binance chart for BNB/USDT (available at binance.com/en/trade/BNB_USDT) in UTC timezone, using the close of the respective 1-minute candles.
6. If APIs or charts return partial or incomplete data (e.g., an incomplete candlestick), use the last available closing price before the specified timestamp.
7. If there is a discrepancy greater than 0.1% between Binance and CoinGecko data, resolve the outcome by averaging the closing prices from both sources.
8. Intraday prices and trading halts are ignored; only the specified closing prices count.
9. Resolution will occur no later than 12:00 UTC on July 17th, 2026, once data for July 17th, 2026, is available and verified.
