About Market

MARKET SUMMARY

This market centers on whether NVIDIA Corporation's common stock will close above $201 by July 14, 2026, positioning that price threshold as the event to occur by the reference date. The approach of July 14, 2026 serves as a defined temporal milestone against which any qualifying daily closing price must be recorded, turning routine trading sessions into a time-bound test of price performance. Traders are assessing whether NVIDIA's official daily closing price will surpass $201 by that date, making the sequence between a qualifying close and the calendar cutoff the decisive factor.

RULES
  1. Market Outcomes and Resolution Criteria: The market resolves to "YES" if the official Nasdaq closing price of NVIDIA Corporation (ticker: NVDA) is strictly greater than $201 on any trading day by 00:00 UTC July 14, 2026. It resolves to "NO" if no official Nasdaq closing price exceeds $201 by 00:00 UTC July 14, 2026. There is no TIE outcome in this market.
  2. Definition of Closing Price: "Closing price" refers to the official Nasdaq-listed daily closing price for NVDA as recorded at the end of regular trading hours (normally 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) and published by Nasdaq. After-hours or pre-market prices do not qualify.
  3. Official Sources and Evidence: Resolution is based primarily on the official Nasdaq closing price for NVDA. Yahoo Finance or TradingView may be used for verification only and cannot override the official Nasdaq record in case of discrepancy.
  4. Resolution Timing: The market is reviewed after each eligible Nasdaq trading day by 00:00 UTC July 14, 2026. If a qualifying close above $201 occurs, the market resolves as soon as reasonably practical thereafter; otherwise, it resolves to "NO" after the final eligible trading day by the cutoff.
  5. Non-Trading Days and Early Closures: Only regular Nasdaq trading days are considered. If the market is closed for holidays, weekends, or extraordinary events, no observation is made for those dates; shortened trading sessions count if an official closing price is published.
  6. Data Revisions and Corporate Actions: The official closing price as first published by Nasdaq for the relevant trading day is considered final for resolution purposes. If Nasdaq formally revises the closing price prior to resolution, the revised value will govern. In the event of stock splits or other corporate actions by July 14, 2026, the officially adjusted closing price published by Nasdaq will be used.
