Will NVIDIA (NVDA) close above $210 by April 30?

About Market

Market Summary

This market centers on whether NVIDIA Corporation’s common stock will record a daily closing price above $210 before April 30, positioning that price threshold as the event to occur prior to the reference date. The approach of April 30 serves as a defined temporal milestone against which any qualifying closing price must be achieved, turning each trading session into a time-bound test of price performance. Traders are assessing whether NVIDIA’s official daily closing price will exceed $210 before that date arrives, making the sequence between a qualifying close and the calendar cutoff the decisive factor.

Rules
  1. Market Outcomes and Resolution Criteria: The market resolves to “YES” if the official Nasdaq closing price of NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) is strictly greater than $210.00 USD on any trading day prior to 00:00 UTC tApril 30, 2026. It resolves to “NO” if no such qualifying closing price occurs before that date. It resolves to “TIE” if the market cannot be determined by the resolution end date of 14:00 UTC April 21, 2026, including cases where no official data is available or the outcome is otherwise indeterminate by that deadline.
  2. Definition of Closing Price: “Closing price” refers to the official Nasdaq-listed daily closing price for NVDA at the end of regular trading hours (typically 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time). Pre-market and after-hours prices are not considered.
  3. Official Sources and Evidence: Resolution is based primarily on Nasdaq’s official published closing prices for NVDA. Secondary sources such as Yahoo Finance or TradingView may be used for verification but cannot override Nasdaq in case of discrepancy.
  4. Resolution Timing: The market is evaluated after each eligible Nasdaq trading day up to April 30, 2026, or until the resolution end date (14:00 UTC April 21, 2026), whichever comes first. If a qualifying close occurs, the market resolves as soon as reasonably practical; otherwise, it resolves to “NO” or “TIE” based on Rule 1.
  5. Non-Trading Days and Early Closures: Only official Nasdaq trading days are considered. Weekends, holidays, or suspended trading days are excluded. Shortened trading sessions count if an official closing price is published.
  6. Data Revisions and Corporate Actions: The first officially published closing price by Nasdaq is considered final unless formally revised before resolution, in which case the revised value applies. Any stock splits or corporate actions are handled using Nasdaq’s officially adjusted closing prices.
  7. Ambiguities and Disputes: In cases of conflicting data or unclear records, Nasdaq’s official data takes precedence. If no definitive closing price can be confirmed by the resolution end date, the market resolves to “TIE” as defined above.
