Will SOL trade below $70 before March 9?
About Market
This market centers on whether SOL will trade below $70 before March 9, using the arrival of March 9 at 00:00 UTC as the reference milestone for the comparison. The transition into that date establishes a fixed temporal boundary, creating a defined window during which any qualifying downward price movement must occur. Traders are assessing whether Solana’s market price will breach the $70 threshold prior to that cutoff, turning the approach of March 9 into a clear time-based marker against which a sub-$70 trade is measured.
- Market Outcomes and Resolution Criteria: This market resolves to “YES” if the low price of any completed 1-minute SOL/USDT candle on Binance is strictly below $70.00 at any time before 00:00 UTC March 9, 2026. It resolves to “NO” if no such qualifying candle occurs before that deadline. There is no TIE outcome in this market.
- Definition of Price Metric and Pair: “SOL” refers exclusively to the SOL/USDT spot trading pair on Binance. A breach occurs only if the official low price of a completed 1-minute candlestick (kline) is strictly less than $70.00 USD.
- Time Standard and Eligible Candles: All determinations are based on Binance’s official 1-minute candle timestamps in UTC. Only candles with opening timestamps prior to 00:00 UTC March 9, 2026 are eligible for consideration.
- Authoritative Source and Data Integrity: Resolution is based on Binance’s official historical 1-minute candlestick data for SOL/USDT. Third-party data providers may be used solely for corroboration and may not override Binance’s official records.
- Data Revisions and Anomalies: The market resolves according to the candle data as first publicly available from Binance. Obvious exchange errors may be disregarded only if Binance formally corrects or invalidates the relevant data before resolution.
- Resolution Timing: The market resolves as soon as reasonably practical after a qualifying 1-minute candle low below $70.00 is confirmed, or after 00:00 UTC March 9, 2026 if no such event occurs.
