About Market

MARKET SUMMARY

This market centers on whether both Arsenal and Burnley will each score at least one goal in their Premier League Gameweek 37 fixture on May 18, 2026, using the final whistle as the defining reference point for the outcome. The penultimate Premier League matchday carries heightened significance as clubs battle to secure or consolidate their final standings, making individual match results and scoring patterns particularly consequential heading into the last gameweek of the season. Traders are weighing each side's attacking form, defensive record, and the tactical context of this fixture to assess whether both teams will find the net before the full-time whistle.

RULES
  1. Market Outcomes and Resolution Criteria: This market resolves to "YES" if both Arsenal and Burnley each score at least one goal during the match. It resolves to "NO" if either team fails to score. It resolves to "Tie" if the match is postponed, suspended, cancelled, or abandoned, or if no eligible result is confirmed within the 12-hour waiting period following the scheduled kick-off; in the event of a Tie resolution, all positions settle at $0.50 per share.

  2. Definition of Qualifying Goal: Only goals scored during regulation time — 90 minutes plus any added stoppage time — are eligible. Goals scored in extra time or penalty shootouts do not count. Own goals are attributed to the team against which they are scored and qualify as a goal for that team.

  3. Official Sources and Evidence: The primary source for resolution is the Highlightly.net API (https://highlightly.net/). Secondary sources including ESPN, BBC Sport, the official Premier League website (premierleague.com), Soccerway, and FlashScore may be used for corroboration only. The primary source prevails unless demonstrably erroneous as confirmed by at least three secondary sources.

  4. Eligible Resolution States: The market resolves only when the match status from the primary source shows "Finished" or "Awarded." In the "Awarded" state, the officially awarded scoreline determines the outcome.

  5. Handling Postponements and Cancellations: If the match status is "Postponed," "Suspended," "Cancelled," or "Abandoned," the market pauses. If no eligible resolution state is confirmed within 12 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off, the market resolves to "Tie." If the match is resumed and completed within that window, the final result applies.

  6. Ambiguities and Disputes: If conflicting information exists between sources, the Highlightly.net API takes precedence. In any remaining ambiguous case, the resolver will rely on the most consistent interpretation of the official match result across listed sources.
